Provider profiles are a way to showcase the support network available to you. The providers available in your Care Centre are carefully curated health professionals chosen by your organization and the Avail team.
The profile enables the health provider to offer members a peak into the services they offer, what their specialties are, when and how they prefer to communicate and more.
For example, a member struggling with social stress will be recommended to connect with staff who specialize in this area.
