How do I invite Care Providers to my organization?

As an organization administrator, you can invite Care Providers to join your organization - this article will walk you through that process.

 Sending an invitation to a Care Provider would allow them to create a Care Provider profile and appear within the Care Centre.

Once a Care Provider completes their Provider profile, members within yours organization would be able to connect with them. 

Complete the following steps to invite a Care Provider to join your organizations:

  1. Tap the "Organizations" tab at the top left menu.

  2. Select "Providers".

  3. Tap "+ Provider".

  4. Add as many emails of providers as you'd like. Note:  separate emails with a comma (ie. [email protected], [email protected],...).

  5. Tap "Send Invitations".
