The video chat feature allows Care providers to answer or start a video chats with a member of their organization.&nbsp;

Follow the steps below to start a video chat:

Ensure you're in the Providers tab.

Select the member you'd like to start or answer a video chat.

Tap the video icon at the top right.

Lastly, tap "Click to Start Video Chat".

3. Select the member you'd like to start or answer a video chat.
4. Tap the video icon at the top right.
5. Lastly, tap "Click to Start Video Chat".
