I've been asked to become a Provider - how do I create a Provider Profile?

Once you've been invited to become a Provider within an organization, follow the steps outlined here to finish your Provider Profile.

iIf you've been asked to become a Provider, that means an organization wants to give their members access to your services.

To start the process of joining an organization as a Provider, ensure that the administrator of the organization has sent you an invite. 

Follow these steps to complete your profile:

  1. Find and open the Invitation email in your email inbox (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and tap "Create An Account".

  2. Continue through the short introductory steps by pressing "Next". Note: reading through these will give you a better of your role as a Care Provider.

  3. Fill out the necessary account details.

  4. Once your account is created, tap "View Invitation".

  5. Proceed to fill out the Provider Profile information, learn more here.
